SMD & THT Contract PCB Assembly

Our high-tech SMD assembly line produces 20,000 CPH strings and 5,000 QFP assemblies per hour according to IPC standards. Our SMD typesetting service is provided by using leaded, lead-free cream solder or glue (glue) according to the needs and preferences of our customers. With the SMD Assembly Line, component types from 0402mm microchips to 45mm-100mm Integrations (IC) can be made. The SMD assembly precision of our line is 50 microns.

In our reflow oven with a total of 12 heating zones, 6 at the top and 6 at the bottom, the temperature of the PCBs made of SMD string can be adjusted independently from room temperature up to 300 ° C, with ± 1 ° c temperature precision and ± 2 ° c PCB temperature deviation. baked. With this technology, PCB strings can be made in the best way in accordance with the required temperature profile. PCBs that are finished with SMD assembly and firing are expected one by one with the Optic expection machine. If there is, an error related to the production process is detected. The defective PCBs are revised and the error is corrected and the PCBs are delivered to our valued customers without any errors.

Our True Hole typesetting service

True hole soldering is performed by using leaded, lead-free solder according to the preferences of our customers, with a double wave soldering machine with a conventional air heating preheating system. In this way, flux wastes and short circuits on the board are prevented and the PCB is prepared for a suitable soldering profile and a flawless production is achieved.
